Break Dancing
2 break a beat,
Dancers on the street,
Solo dancers on the ground,
Use their heads to spin around,
The speaker vibrates with the sound,
A box of money passed around,
Organized and planned,
The dancers stand and clap their hands,
To a beat one jumps to his feet,
Forward center what a pleasure,
Side to side he knows the space,
A smile upon his face,
Suddenly as if in a race,
A swirl of motion grabs his pace,
Contortion of posture makes us wonder,
A leg above the shoulder the dancer rolls over,
An astonished commuter smiles,
And stays a while,
Then turns to go re-entering the commuter flow.
