Printmaking has allowed me to think in terms of layering, more than photoshop has. Using textures with middle tones and lines and highlights. Created in 2005 this is a detail was from an unfinished piece. This part of that piece was what I was most happy with. I refer to this now in terms of how to handle a graphic print combined with digital medias.
The weekends ice storm left me somewhat battered, my survival is owed to my wonderful neighbors Kelly and Jon, who dug out my car which was stuck frozen in glacial thick ice. I miss my disabled dog who is still living with "Grandma." Thanks guys.
